Lana Panagoulia graduated cum laude from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, receiving numerous awards and scholarships, including the Ford Motor Company Leadership Award, and the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan Foundation Award. She served as Vice President of the Student Bar Association and as a member of both law review and moot court, participating nationally. Lana received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan, and her Master of Arts in Teaching from Wayne State University. She is admitted to all of the State Courts of Michigan, and the Eastern District of Michigan. She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Federal Bar Association, Women Lawyers Association of Michigan, Michigan Association for Justice, Hellenic Bar Association, and she currently serves as Co-Chair of the Family Section of the Washtenaw County Bar Association. Lana has clerked for the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office, and for various Judges, including Justice Marilyn Kelly and Judges Darlene A. O’Brien, Nancy C. Francis, and Donald E. Shelton.
