Ingredients:
- 2 Egg whites

Directions:
1. Cook egg whites, mix in with drained tuna.
2. Season with salt and pepper.

Simple Salmon dish

Ingredients:
- 140g Salmon fillet
- Dill
- Lemon Juice
- 100g Wholewheat spaghetti

Directions:
1. Marinade Salmon with dill, lemon juice salt and pepper
2. Cook spaghetti as per packet instructions
3. Cook Salmon fillet
4. Serve and enjoy

Protein Shake with Yogurt and Peanut Butter

Simple protein shake with yogurt, peanut butter, banana and oatmeal.


Nutrition Information:
- 850 cals
- 76g protein
- 60g carbs
- 13g fat


Ingredients:
- 1 cup lite milk
- 2 tbs fat free vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup oatmeal (nuked in microwave first)
- 1 banana
- 2 tbs natural peanut butter
- 2 Scoops ON Whey, Chocolate

Directions:
1. Microwave oats until soft.
2. Mix ingredients, blend well.

Pre workout choc banana flavoured protein bars

A simple recipe for creating your own protein bar. Can be eaten as a post or pre workout meal, or just as a snack.


Nutrition Information:
- 296 cals
- 26g protein
- 41g carbs
- 3g fat
Per Piece


Ingredients:
-2 cups rolled oats
-1 cup egg whites
-2 scoop ON Choc Whey
-11.5oz bananas (mashed)

Directions:
1. Mix egg whites and Whey in a big bowl
2. Mix Bananas in the bowl (make sure they're mashed first)
3. Add the oats and mix it
4. Preheat oven 325-350 degrees
4. Spray cooking sheet with PAM
5. Add the mixture to the sheet
6. Put in oven for 12-15 mins or until you can poke it clean
7. Cut into 4 pieces after its cooled down

Post Workout shake with oats, banana and raisins

Another type of shake with oats, banana and raisins. Feel free to leave the raisins out if you dont like them.

Ingredients:
1 cup water
1 cup reduced fat milk
2 scoops ON's 100% whey protein
1 cup oats
1 banana
1/4 cup Raisins
4 ice cubes

Directions:
1. Put ingredients in a blender, blend well.
