Ingredients: -2 cups rolled oats -1 cup egg whites -2 scoop ON Choc Whey -11.5oz bananas (mashed)
Directions: 1. Mix egg whites and Whey in a big bowl 2. Mix Bananas in the bowl (make sure they're mashed first) 3. Add the oats and mix it 4. Preheat oven 325-350 degrees 4. Spray cooking sheet with PAM 5. Add the mixture to the sheet 6. Put in oven for 12-15 mins or until you can poke it clean 7. Cut into 4 pieces after its cooled down
