Job Description and Responsibilities: Codes, tests and debugs programs of moderate complexity. Consistently demonstrates ability to work independently on complex subroutines. Under the guidance of senior programmers, assists in the development of major modules and programs. Actively participates in customer and vendor communications. Develop technical skills across multiple disciplines. Creation and verification of processes, checklists and documentation. Work with the customer establishing requirements to solve business opportunities. Job Requirements: 1. Knowledge of mainframe environment and Client server 2. Experience in DB2, IMS, VSAM, COBOL, JCL CICS, ASP and .NET 3. Experience with FileAid, DFSORT, Icetool, EZtrieve, advanced SQL, Xpediter 4. Ability to solve, identify and analyze complex technical problems and write code to solve business opportunities with small to moderate complexity. Strong technical and analytical skills 5. 2+ years of experience in IT. Ability to carry an on-call pager PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: 1. VB6/COM and Java script 2. SAP Security Architect

This position is responsible for leading, developing and delivering common security policies, procedures and methodologies across the company's extensive and very complex SAP production/development landscape. The SAP landscape consists of multiple instances/clients to include R/3 Enterprise, EP7.0/Java, WAS, Netweaver, XI/PI, CRM, HR, BW, SEM, APO, EBP, SCEM, CUA and KM. This position is also responsible for performing initiatives as it relates to the deployment of Company's new Information Security strategy, plan and operating model. Key Customers: Internal SAP support groups within company; All Company employees who are SAP users. Key actions: Provide technical leadership and direction to deliver a consistent and secure enterprise approach to SAP Security. Responsibilities include: 1) developing SAP security technology strategies, procedures, standards, service level agreements and performance metrics, 2) revising and implementing the application security role, access and authorizations methodology, 3) performing periodic SAP role reviews to affirm adherence with security guidelines and policies, and 4) working with SAP Project teams to implement process improvements. Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Experience: : Minimum of 7 years technical experience. : Minimum of 6 years of IT Security experience. : Minimum of 5 years experience implementing SAP R/3 Security including the implementation of SAP Security on at least one full implementation (through the project lifecycle); SAP 4.6C & 4.7, ECC6. : Experience in a minimum of three of the following areas: EP7.0/Java, WAS, Netweaver, XI/PI, CRM, HR, BW, SEM, APO, EBP, SCEM, CUA and KM. : Minimum of 4 years IT business analysis and design experience with exposure to customers. : Proven expertise in security and controls concepts. : Prior experience with security process redesign and implementation. : Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to write clear, concise business communication for multiple levels (management, technical, user). : Experience working with activity or job based roles, and regulatory requirements like Sarbanes-Oxley segregation of duties. Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience: : Certification preferred. CISSP, CISM, GIAC or CISA. SAP Certification a plus. : Prior experience with directory packages such as LDAP, e.g. Active Directory is preferred. : Prior experience managing the security portion of SAP projects through the phases of the project delivery lifecycle from process design through production support. Identity & Access Management Security Analyst

Position Title: Identity & Access Mgmt Security Analyst Description: This position is responsible for defining, developing and testing User Provisioning and Identity Management solutions, processes and procedures in accordance with Information Security's direction for Identity Management (IdM) as it relates to the deployment of Company's new Information Security strategy, plan and operating model. Key Customers: All Company employees; Contractors, Business Partners and Vendors requiring Company's system access. Key Actions: 1. Responsible for reviewing and validating designs of new Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. 2. Assists in the implementation, support and maintenance of systems in support of reduced sign-on, automated provisioning and de-provisioning, credential certification, access control, and self service security functionality. 3. Assists in the formulization and execution of the plan to consolidate and integrate directories and establish an enterprise global user store. 4. Interface with corporate applications group and business units, as necessary. 5. Knowledge of security best practices, IAM technologies, and industry trends. 6. Assist in the development of identity and access management policies and procedures. 7. Knowledge of related security regulatory requirements 8. Assist in the Implementation of solutions which comply with information security policies and standards. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Under direct supervision individual will be responsible for the following tasks: Define Risk, Posture, & Value Proposition : Participate in IAM applicable areas of the annual enterprise information security risk assessment as appropriate. Maintain IAM Implementation Architecture & Plan : Assist the IAM Analyst III IdM Lead to develop the recommendation for the IAM IdM security implementation architecture and plan including drafting the documentation and supporting materials. : Provide the in-scope application, business process, role, identity, and access inventories to key stakeholders and other appropriate parties. : Under the direction of the IAM Analyst III IdM Lead, partner with the ITSS IS Security Solutions group to research and propose IAM SLAs, security Index and metrics. : Research internal and external IS service providers and technologies related to IAM IdM. Document the IAM IdM security requirements, associated technologies and techniques and provide recommendation to IAM Analyst III IdM Lead. Manage Identities : Under the direction of the IAM Analyst III IdM Lead, review the identity management processes and recommend automation points as improvements. Assist with documenting the recommendation. Upon approval, assist with the implementation of process automation where appropriate. : Ensure that all identity changes, additions and deletion requests are appropriately verified and processed according to the access and authorization process by assisting the IAM Analyst III IdM Lead in reviewing the identity and access management and processes and recommending and implementing process automation. Manage Roles : Under the direction of the IAM Analyst III IdM Lead, review the role management processes and recommend automation points as improvements. Assist with documenting the recommendation. Upon approval, assist with the implementation of process automation where appropriate. Manage Access & Authorization : Ensure that all access changes, additions and deletion requests are appropriately verified and processed according to the access and authorization process by assisting the IAM Analyst III IdM Lead in reviewing the identity and access management and processes and recommending and implementing process automation. : Under the direction of the IAM Analyst III IdM Lead, review the access management processes and recommend automation points as improvements. Assist with documenting the recommendation. Upon approval, assist with the implementation of process automation where appropriate. Manage & Measure IAM Capability : Provide the ITSS IS IAM Manager assistance to effectively managing the IAM security capability by reviewing the model, providing input and offering recommendations for improvement. : Under the direction of the IAM Analyst III IdM Lead, evaluate exception requests, provide recommendations to resolve exceptions to IAM IdM Security standards and procedures, and assist in preparing the presentation materials. : Provide the IAM Analyst III IdM Lead the applicable data and input to assist in measuring and reporting on the IAM IdM Security performance to metrics on a regular basis. : Under the direction of the IAM Analyst III Lead IdM Lead, prepare applicable IAM IdM Security communications and training materials according to the guidelines and standards established by the ITSS IS Security Solutions group. KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Experience: : Minimum of 5 -7 years general technical experience including some experience with one/more of the following: SAP, Enterprise Portals, Lotus Notes, SQL, Siteminder, AS/400, and/or Mainframe. : Minimum of 5 years of IT Security experience. : Minimum 2-4 years of experience with Oracle Identity Access Management : Ability to define and develop process flows based on customer requirements and create functional specifications based on business systems and industry requirements. : Prior experience interfacing with customers and peer process development groups. : Enterprise level production support experience for a global organization is required : Demonstrated experience troubleshooting complex environmental issues. : Working knowledge of LDAP and SQL. Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience: : Strong knowledge of CA Siteminder is preferred : Preferred experience with Apache/IIS : Extensive experience in web access control and identity management. Demonstrated experience specifically supporting OAM and enterprise web single sign-on. : Knowledge of Oracle Virtual Directory (OVD) is highly desired : UNIX and/or Linux System Admin background. : Demonstrated knowledge and experience troubleshooting difficult performance issues, conducting load testing, gathering performance statistics : Visual Basic Development experience is preferred. : Application Security experience, including role based security and monitoring is preferred.
