Jackson, WyomingJanuary 11, 2008The snows been falling in Jackson, Wyo., where 19 top teams will congregate in Town Square for the start of the 2008 International Pedigree Stage Stop Sled Dog Race (IPSSSDR), announced Race Director Frank Teasley. The largest sled dog race in the lower 48 states begins in Jackson on January 25 and continues through eight Wyoming towns before finishing in Park City, Utah, on February 2.

Merry Christmas to all of you it has been a quiet snowy Christmas Day in Quesnel, temperatures just below freezing. We understand that to the east, from Cottonwood to Troll to Wells, it has been snowing for over 24 hours. We have enjoyed a great winter so far, with lots of snow and consistently cold temperatures for the past 6 weeks. We are very optimistic about trail conditions for the Mail Run .and are discretely keeping our fingers crossed.
